    Rip you off don't fill up to the top whoever made this drink needs more training, glad I wasn't the one who made the trip I would of had them fill it up

    I live near this store and usually it's a decent experience however,  I just received 2 drinks from the drive thru and asked to pay separately, her tone changed and she gave me a long sigh thru the microphone . The platinum blonde girl working the window gave me a gnarly stare when I got to the window that would have been taken as aggressive if it wasn't for the half smile that threw me off long enough to drive away with my drinks that I later realized taste like crap as they are completely missing the sweetener(caramel macchiato devoid of vanilla). Passive aggressiveness has no place in hospitality. Especially a place that caters to alterations. The place wasn't even busy in fact it was slower than I usually see it.

    Came in just to kill some time while my friend had a meeting. Convenient spot in the target parking lot. Ordered my usual blonde roast brew. The staff is very nice and always staying busy. The manager even came up to me and asked if everything was to my satisfaction. It was a lovely place to spend my Sunday morning.

    First time coming to this location. Not the friendliest baristas. You don't feel welcome at all, no wonder it was empty. The older lady taking our order looked like miserable like she really hated her job. I've never had a bad experience solely on a barista. Will skip this location and drive on to the next.
